This article studies a multi-dimensional parabolic problem with a concentrated nonlinear source having local and nonlocal features. It is shown that if its solution exists, then it blows up everywhere on the boundary of a ball where the concentrated source is situated. A criterion for the solution to blow up in a finite time is also given.
