The globally asymptotically stability&nbsp;of the coexist equilibrium and Hopf bifurcation are investigated by the theory of the&nbsp;differentially dynamical system. The results show that there exist stability switches&nbsp;and Hopf bifurcation occurs while the gestation delay cross a threshold value.</p>
