Abstract

We investigate the existence of solutions of a quadratic Urysohn integral equation on unbounded interval. The method used in our considerations depends on suitable conjunction of the technique of measures of noncompactness with the classical Schauder fixed point principle. Such an approach permits us to obtain our existence results under rather general assumptions.
